How to Get Chart Paper
Chart paper can be used in many different types of school projects and professional settings. Chart paper is also known in the paper industry as graph paper. It can be found in many different sizes, colors and paper weight. Choosing the right type of chart paper can vary, depending on the project.
To get chart paper, you can:
- Visit a local office supply store and purchasing what they have in stock. Typically, these types of stores only carry 8.5 inch by 11 inch sized chart paper in the store. They may also be limited in colors, normally only selling white chart paper with blue lines. Check with a sales clerk and see if the office supply store may be able to order any other sizes and colors.
- Visit an art supply store in your area. Art supply stores tend to carry a wider variety of chart paper sizes. They may even have different colored chart paper and chart paper that comes in a heavier paper stock.
- Search MerchantCircle’s website, www.merchantcircle.com, to look for a paper supplier. Paper suppliers may be able to provide a much wider selection of chart paper. They also may be able to special order chart paper in custom sizes, colors and paper stock.
- Try searching the Internet for a pre-made chart paper template that can be downloaded and printed at home. Depending on your home printer, you may be limited to the size you can print, but you can also take the template file to a printer and have your chart paper printed by them.
