Beverly Hill Mustang LTD was authorized in 1965/1966 in Beverly Hills, CA to custom build about 50 Mustang Coupes into Mustang/Ranchero Hybrids. The body and the engine was modified along with the drive train components to create a Mustang Mini pickup. The conversion cost $6500 and made the Mustero as expensive as the Shelby Cobra.
