How to Find Aquasource Faucet Part

One of the most popular kitchen faucets is the Aquasource brand. They are found in many homes around the country. Lowe’s home improvement stores use Aquasource as their home brand. Certain parts of the faucets are hard to find so where do you get those parts?

• Take the information from the box the Aquasource came in and get the model number from it. If you no longer have that box you may want to try taking the part you need to the store where you purchased it. Should they not have the replacement part or parts you will have to pursuer other methods.
• Call the store where you purchased the Aquasource and see if they have the number to Aquasource so you can call and inquire about replacement parts. If they do not have the spare parts you need ask them if they will replace your part with parts out of a new one which they most likely will not do.
• Place a call to Aquasource technical support if you have the original box. This number is 1-866-538-5535. You should have the part number handy, as they may need it to help order your part.
  
• Take your last opportunity by taking pictures of your Aquasource and emailing them to "support@globeunion.com." Include your return email address and give them your name, phone number and address plus what you need. If this fails you should consider just replacing the faucet with a new one.
