We specialize in residential custom homes, additions & remodeling at a very reasonable price. Charge by the square feet with all the changes you want, it will not raise the price. Believe me, I was a contractor for 15 (+) years and it is much cheaper to make your changes in the drawing phase then when actually building. If you see plans on the net you may like, I can usually meet there price with the changes you would want as well as draw it to meet our aggressive wind codes here on the coast. You can live next door or hundreds of miles away and with all the new marvels the computer gives, not a problem. I have drawn houses for folks and never had the pleasure of meeting them face to face. All I ask is for a chance and I feel we can work something out, I have plenty of reference and have been in the building business for 32 (+) years. At the very worst I can at least send you in the right direction....

How can I find replacement parts for my 30 year old Kinco windows?
"It would be most cost effective to replaced with new insulated windows. Labor cost would be cheaper as well as your electric. bill each month. You can usually find new windows to match what you now have but with the updated advantages you would enjoy...."
"I assume this bid is for the labor of taking windows out and off your job site, as well as put in new windows. Again I assume this inc. the price of the new windows, all to match today's building code such as bedroom egress, tempered where needed, etc... Not being from your area and not knowing the code for there It's a bit hard to tell if this a good price or not. It's not uncommon to get at least three different bids. The lowest bid isn't always the best. Check out other work they have done so you could see there work as well as talk to the owners.Check with the lumber yard they get there windows from. Get references, make sure he is paid up there.I would also ask if there is some kind of warranty for the windows, is he bonded, licensed contractor, workman comp. and builder risk insurance. Long story short, the more your informed the better decision you will make."
