Unfortunately your convertible top has been vandalized. You are in a situation that seems to be happening more and more lately. What to do next: If you have insurance call your local police department and file a police report. Then you will need to contact your insurance company. Give the insurance company your policy report number and as much details as you know. You will then be instructed by the insurance company depending on your insurance company to come out to their inspection facility to determine a value of the claim or a adjuster will come out to you. Another option is you can simply take the car to a upholstery shop, body shop or the dealership to let them deal with your insurance company. Note: it is entirely your decision where you take your car and who repairs it. If you don't have insurance.
