If you need custom design then it's best to hire a professional. Any professional who's worth his/her salt is also connected with a printer they trust. Some even provide self-design services on their website so the customer can reduce the cost of design and get a product they are happy with and keep it within their budget.Answered by WestCoast Media Group, Inc. 117 Pine Tree Loop, Florence, OR, 97439, 541-997-8914 (Novice with 2 pts.)

There are a ton of one-stop-shops for designing and printing marketing materials. Places like Office Depot, Officemax, Fedex Kinkos, Vista Print and more offer these services. I generally look for a local printer though, as they tend to be cheaper, more responsive to my needs, and I don’t have to pay shipping…which can get very costly!

There are quite a few places online, such as Vistaprint, Staples, of FedEx Kinkos. However, I would consider finding someone to design it for you, saving the artwork, and printing it locally. I have found designers through Odesk, which has freelance designers that can be utilized. While you may pay a bit more for the initial artwork, you are saving money in the long run by having the artwork to edit in the future. Also, I have found that shipping costs for some of the online stores can be expensive. Definitely look at all options to find the combination that works best for your business. Hi, I design websites and I use Marketsplash for a lot of logos, brochures, flyers and business card design. It is connected with many HP printers so you can create your designs, then download the files and they are ready for print. This way you know that the designs are the necessary formats and the designs are correct sizes right on your products.

Hello. I am Andrea from AGAC Web Design. There are all-in-one places for desiging and printing things like brochures. I use Vista Print for a lot of my printing needs. As a consumer you can use their templates and design and have them printed. Or if you can't find exactly what you want/need...let me know, I'd be glad to work with you on a design and then it can be uploaded to Vistaprint for inexpensive printing.

Small business start ups often look for the cheapest brochure and business card printers (all in one). Many of these printers promote their own brand on your card, however. We offer an affordable alternative to obtaining professional custom designed marketing materials and affordable printing vs. using cookie cutter templates. I also prefer Vista Print. Just got my order in, that I designed and am very happy with the quality of paper, the clarity of the print, the shipping time etc. But most of all I love that I got more than what I thought I paid for. In today's economy so many places are looking for ways to cut back that most deals I find mean low quality, not from Vista Print. I recommend them to all of my clients as well.

There are many on-line companies that can do your printing - you design what you want and they print it. However, if you want to have direct control over what is printed then using a local printer with whom you can work is best. Ask other business owners in your area who they have used and obtain recommendations. Talk to your local Chamber of Commerce to see if there is a member who provides this service. A personal recommendation is hard to beat.
