Many ppl have a vitamin deficiency, especially in trace minerals. Taking a multi-vitamin is considered a good idea for many ppl, but check with your MD about possible chemical misdirection for yourself. If you are taking other meds, and mix over the counter even vitamins, minerals or other suppliments this can be a problem.

Our Oral Spray Vitamins have a product called D-Stress.
It includes vitamins and herbs that have been shown to help with Stress. You can find specifics, details and ingredients here: When I deal with Stress I identify the stressor so I know know what to manage. Included with taking my Spray Vitamins, drinking water and eat a balanced diet. Also, some stress you can control, sometimes one has to accept we can't control everything and that does help to relieve some stress during certain instances.

First you need to admit to yourself where the stress is coming from. If your car tire has a leak in it, simply putting air in it will help for a while but you are not getting to the source of the problem. You will be continueously be trying to "fix" your leak. Yes, absolutely.
B vitamins are essential, as is vitamin C and magnesium. Your body will excrete calcium from the bones when under stress, so you will need to make sure to get some bone building nutrients.
Do not take just calcium as this will cause imbalance. You need to take boron, magnesium, vitamin D3 and other cofactors with your calcium.
I also suggest adaptogenic herbs like rhodiola, astragulus, holy basil and ginseng.
Be very choosy about your supplements as most that are cheap and at the store are not worth the money. Some even have toxic fillers.
Hope this helps!

I am listing an informational sheet on our vitamin that we carry for stress. If it is of interest I am more than leased to ship it to you.
Resilience—Helps you to relax, while at the same time providing an additional boost of energy. Resilience is one of our top selling products.
Stress is an inevitable force in our fast-paced society. Daily demands placed on us can accumulate to the point where it is almost unbearable. Stress can deplete important nutrients from our body which can cause fatigue. Not only are valuable nutrients used up during times of stress, but our bodies actually need larger amounts of these nutrients than under normal circumstances.
Resilience is an all-natural recovery system that helps your body adapt, calm, energize, and nourish. The herbs in Resilience help to soothe and energize the body. Vitamins were added to strengthen and nourish the immune system. A wide spectrum of minerals and trace minerals replace lost electrolytes and increase energy throughout the body. This powerful supplement works to provide more energy, vitality, and renewed health.
Minerals: A few of the minerals contained in Resilience include:
Calcium: good for helping with blood pressure, good for the skin and is needed for strong, healthy bones and teeth.
Zinc: good for the immune system; important for protecting the body against environmental pollutants.
Potassium: low levels of potassium can make your muscles weak—leaving you feeling tired, weak and irritable. Potassium is depleted during times of stress or exercise, especially for those living in hot, humid climates.
Herbs: A few of the herbs contained in Resilience include:
Siberian Ginseng: ginseng is widely recommended for male and female hormone regulation as well as the stimulation of mental and physical vigor. Good for a calm energy.
Wood Betony: good for calming; also has been used for headaches and heartburn. It contains magnesium, manganese, and phosphorous.
Borage: used as a blood purifier; good for digestion; helps with insomnia, and calms nerves. Stimulates adrenal glands. Known as the “sunshine” herb.
Chamomile: helps to calm nerves; relieve headaches, helps with mental alertness and is a soothing sedative with no side effects.
Vitamins: A few of the vitamins contained in Resilience include:
Vitamin A: helps with the skin which can be bad when a person is under stress. Also good for the immune system.†
B-complex: the B vitamins work as a team. Thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, vitamins B6, B12, and folate (along with PABA, pantothenic acid, inositol, and choline) make up this team of vitamins. Adding B vitamins to our diets can help chase the blues (rid us of depression) and help us sleep better. The B vitamins are important to many of our biological processes.
Vitamin C: vitamin C is very important for our bodies. People that smoke, have allergies, the elderly, or people that are under stress need additional amounts of vitamin C. When our body is under stress, it demands additional vitamin C to heal itself or to fight off enemies within. Vitamin C stimulates the immune system by stepping up the body’s production of white blood cells.

The type of stress makes a difference.
L-theanine is an amino acid that I utilize for physical stress..
the feeling of needing to take your shoulders out of your ears.
Another product is Total Calm...combo of L-theanine and Relora..for adrenal calming and repair. Great to use anytime to destress.
To handle too much mind talk..try niacinamide.
A flush free niacin that calms the nerves.

Lots of them! Because if you're not getting enough of ANY vitamin, mineral or essential fatty acid, you will reduce your ability to handle stress. Your best bet is to take a good multivitamin, refrain from eating sugar and refined carbohydrates (cakes, pastries, white bread), eat plenty of green vegetables, whole grains, seeds and nuts (assuming your body easily tolerates all these foods), and drink at least 8cups of filtered water a day. By "a good multivitamin," I mean one without food coloring and with a fairly high dose (10mg or more) of the major B-vitamins (vitamin B1, B2 and B6) (or take a B-complex if your multi just includes the RDA). A bit of extra vitamin C also can help you cope better. The mineral magnesium, in which many people are deficient, is also important for relaxation. If you eat a lot of carbohydrates, dairy products or a calcium supplement, you might need extra magnesium.

As previously mentioned, B vitamins are rapidly depleted and have a definite impact on general well-being. Omega-3 essential fatty acids can also alleviate stress. L-Theanine is an amino acid found in Shaklee's Stress Relief Complex and is a great NATURAL stress and anxiety reducer-I highly recommend it. We also offer an unconditional money-back guarantee, so there is no risk to try it.
