For 30-40 ish woman's skin... what would you recommend?

Can anyone tell me about concealer that actually works? I've tried many different kinds and none seem to work well.

I've heard lots of good comments about the Avon brand and their catalog seems quite intriging. Any idea where I can buy their products? So far, my only choice is to buy online...but I don't want to pay any shipping costs. Thanks! xoxo

what do i put on first?
concealer or foundation?
i know i put primer on first, but what comes after that? please help:)
btw, i use MAC mineralized satin finish foundation with spf 15 and MAC studio finish concealer.

whenever i wear mascara i get dark circles under my eyes from the mascara residue. is there anyway i can prevent this without buying a new mascara?

I wear mascara quite often but when i take it off with my usual remover my eyes go red and sting. Are there ones that are less harsh?

I usually wear gold eyeshadow, and i have tan skin/ brown eyes. Whats a good lip color? To make em look full?
