For 30-40 ish woman's skin... what would you recommend?

Have a doctor rule out any posible medical reasons, if it is just dark circles then I suggest Anew Reversalist from Avon,
They have a clinical line as well that helps with dark circles as well as firming up the upper eye lid and it is called Anew Clinical Eye Lift or Clinical Eye Lift Pro

I recommend Armida eye repair cream. It has antioxidants in it which protect and sooth the skin and it is all natural. Many women who has used it liked the results the got. Antioxidants slows down the aging process and it is cost efficient.
