1. How do I access Welfare in America?
   

   I am 61, worked many jobs, am financially destitute. Only own a 13 yr old car & live in my 90 y/o mom's attic. Eaking out a living @ a physically demanding job that may end soon/company for sale. Know nothing about obtaining any kind of government help.
