1. How to find an advertising agency which is sailing print and on line ads for a small publication?
   

   I want to launch again a small newspaper and need a boost with the advertisement. They can do my web site and all presence in internet and live me to take care of the editorial and distribution. Do you think I can find them and where to look? I see only big shots around in the internet and really don't know where to go.
