Absolutely LOVE this place. It has always been a struggle for me to find somewhere or something I enjoy doing to stay fit and healthy. I tried just about everything till I came here. I am always eager to go to class! I Love Kickboxing is very family oriented and they pu...sh you to your limits. I'm glad I finally found somewhere I enjoy working out! Staff is very knowledgeable in fitness and nutrition. If you're looking for somewhere to push you while also having fun (DJ Nights are a plus) then I highly recommend here!
You must try ILKB!
After only doing 5 classes, I am seriously hooked and have found my new niche! My boyfriend and I both joined together to start something new and fun together and we couldn't be happier with our decision. The whole atmosphere, attitude, motivation and moral of this gym ...is so addicting and contagious! They have Groupons and highly recommend getting one and trying it out, you definitely won't regret it.
I love ILKB
I started last week and I have fallen in love with working out again. They have a wide variety of times for you to come to a class before or after work. I work in San Francisco and take Bart which is very convenient that they are located right next to the Pleasant Hill ...Bart Station.\n\nThe instructors do a very awesome job on making this gym feel like a family. Every time you walk in they greet you by your first name which in my experience is pretty hard to know people's name after meeting them for the first time. I really like the atmosphere they set for each class.\n\nI would 100% recommend to a friend which I am trying to do since they give you an incentive if you refer and have them join. I love ILKB and definitely see myself here for a very long time. Love this place.

The atmosphere is great, the instructors are super helpful and encouraging, and everyone is just really nice! Signed up for the 6 week challenge, amazing workout that keeps you energized and burning calories all day!
