AAARGGGH!
AAARGGH! I found the company to be very disorganized and have a huge lack of communication. Some workers openly expressed they weren't painter when the job was to paint. The owner of the company assured me it would take a certain amount of time to complete the job, it... took two extra days. I have since been asked to write a letter aiding one of thier employees in filing a suit to get paid for work rendered. During this process I was made aware that tho they advertise in the Bay Area they live in Reno NV and send worker they find on Craigslist to their customers! These workers are hired without background checks or references.To say the least this company has cause me a huge headache! To fellow home owners please becareful!

Honest Company ( Stand By Their Word!)
I would like to thank Papa's Handyman for all the work they have done in my new home. All the repairs and installations were finished in record time. I needed tile layed down in my down stairs bathroom and a new toilet installed. In my kitchen I needed the dishwasher re...paired. Also I had new sinks installed in all three bathrooms. In my daughters room they painted the walls pink and purple. All four bedroom doors needed to be re-painted, new door knobs installed. I needed the furnace replaced, the previous owner thrashed it beyond repair! Their were also a few patches here and their that needed fixing. I just bought my new home and needed to move in very quickly. They finished all repairs and installs within the week that I had. They also moved in and placed all my larger sized furnature for me. The technicians were very respectful, and promt. I will definately be calling Papa's Handyman for all my repairs in the future! I was completely satisfied! -Annamarie
wonderful company!
A week ago my water heater went out, i had i called in a contractor who's price was outrageous! They had said i needed to replace it. I called two handymen to compare prices because i could not afford what the contractor was asking. Papa's Handyman beat the other two me...n that had given me estimates. I was hesitant because Papa's Handyman was the cheapest, i had to wonder why, but i really had no choice. I was in plain terms absoultely satisfied with everything. The technicians were very friendly. I had some questions, and i probably bugged the heck out of them but they were very nice and intelligent. I admire their professionalism! The main reason i am writing this now, is yesterday one of the technicians called me out of the blue and asked me how everything was going. He was very friendly, and said if i have any problem at all to call their office! I could not believe i got a call after i already paid them. That was a pleasant surprise! I had to write a review after that experience!
