how do I get ahold of troy pearce he took my children pictures back in feb as a matter of fact it was feb 20th and I have not received my pictures yet. I gave him a total of 600.00 I can't get him to return my calls, emails, or anything. I don't want someone else to have to go through what I have. I want to know what I can do to either get my money back, or get my pictures.
