Officious, condescending management; questionable ethics
Owner/managerr has one of the worst attitudes at an auto inspection "service" that I've run across in 35 years of driving. After the car failed it's first headlamp test due to a broken headlamp bracket I had my own mechanic fix the broken bracket that "Quality Auto Se...rvice" specified in the failure report. This "service" failed my car a second time on inspection and then directed me to bring the car to "his" referral. Interesting that my newly fixed headlamp didn't move before he re-inspected it, but appeared loose _after_ he inspected it. The headlamp hadn't budged a smidgen before it was reinspected and was better balanced and focused than my undamaged left lamp. The topper was him saying that he would send me to someone who he "recommended." Sorry, I've seen this con job before.
