In Mass. it is illegal for a real estate agent to recommend a home inspector due to the inherent conflict of interest, yet in all other states it is legal.

we bought a home and it is sagging in the middle because the support beams under the house wasn't built to code. but we didn't find this out from the home inspector we paid to inspect the house before we bought it . so what did we pay him for?

i was wanting to know iam only 19 years old and im wanting to get me my own house but where i live i cant find me a legit job that i can actually stay at without getting laid off. now i have a back problem and cant stand up long. anyway i am wanting to know how i can get me a grant or loan for my first house i dont have a credit card so i need to know if there is a website that can help me get a grant or loan for that purpose and that it will not deny me because i have no job please help me
