Van the phantom
Van Hillard does NOT do roofing work. He subs the jobs out to the Matthews family (I believe they are located in Midway). Matthews uses Mexican labor with maybe one person speaking a little broken English. Upon completion of the job Van will not answer his phone and doe...s not honor any warranties. IMHO, when you hand him a check be sure to take his picture because you will never see him again.
