    The best way is not the fast way. What I mean is don't go looking for low carb zero fat recommended by doctor fads. All those types of diets cause temporary weight loss with a plateau that you can't break. My first couple of clients did this and just by giving them the types of food the body requires they started seeing awesome results again. If you really want to go all out the best thing is to get a nutritionist, NOT A DOCTOR. Doctor's are there to fix the body, not maintain health. If health was maintained they would go out of business. Doctor's give you a calorie number that will gaurantee weight loss because it's low, a nutritionist will teach you how to eat plenty of food and see that waistline go down, while providing tips on how to exercise without killing yourself to lose weight. They can also target bodyfat, so when you do lose a few pounds you will notice it rather than still be soft but just a smaller version of yourself.     low carb, high protein, eat as soon as you wake up and stop eating 3 hours before bed, tons of water, be as active as possible, eat every 3 hours instead of 2 or 3 big meals...
    and dont expect results overnight ! look for losses around 2-3 weeks after incorporating these things !

    Let me adjust your question a little bit. You don’t want the “fastest” way to lose weight. You’re body likes the way it is and any sharp change is viewed as a problem and your metabolism kicks in to correct the change. Any sudden weight loss is typically gained back – and then some. Do yourself a favor and lose the weight in a methodical, reasonable timeframe and you’ll be able to keep it off.

    Now, for the “best” way, here’s something to consider. Hypnosis. Several recent studies have shown there are parts of your brain that light up when people are asked to think about food, not dissimilar to what drug addicts do. They can’t control their cravings and overeat. But what if you could change your mind? What if you ate good foods in normal portions and stopped eating when you were full?
