1. Why did this website decide to become nearly impossible to use?
   

   Can't even figure out how to GET questions to answer, & there isn't an option to "categorize my question" when I ask one, either.

   You are absolutely right! I just joined and I'm finding the site layout to be incredibly confusing and almost impossible to navigate.

   MC has made several claims how the new design is supposed to be better, or at least that it will be better once all of the bugs are fixed.
   
   It's pretty safe to say that all of the merchants hate it so far.
