Active Question

1. Why no categories when I ask a question on this website?
   

   Previously, this website asked questions about the category for my question, my location, & keywords, all which would help pinpoint specific answers. Now, nothing gets asked about my question? & I get an email asking ME to "categorize" my question when I've been given no opportunity to do so by the website itself? Glossy new website, but not user friendly.
