Does anyone have any good eye cream that fight dark circle and aging? 
For 30-40 ish woman's skin... what would you recommend?

B12 and folic acid also help you to sleep better because they have an effect on your pineal gland. This gland secretes serotonin (makes you happy) and melatonin (makes you sleep). Happiness and a good night;s sleep can go a long way to make our eyes better..

Vitamin K will be absorbed thru the thin skin under the eye to help reduce dark circles. There are several otc kinds available, but if your condition is severe or genetic, reconsider the $40 the otc products will cost, and see a cosmetic dermatologist. A consultation should be free.

The best thing I have found, and this may sound crazy, but it works better than anything I have ever tried, is a dab of Preparation H under each eye and then a few drops of Visine also. The Prep-H reduces swelling/bags under the eyes and the Visine restricts the blood vessels and the circles disappear.

I have used a Serum called "Under-eye dark circle" from Reviva Labs. It contains Hyaluronic Acid which is an ingredient that has become part of many beauty products recently. It has worked for me greatly along with eating plenty of fruits, veggies, taking my multivitamins and getting a good night sleep.

Oil of Olay facial cream is the best. I've been using it for over 20 years every morning. (I get the spf 15 sunscreen protection.) I have smooth skin with no wrinkles and I'm 60 years old. My sister also looks great and she is 68 and has used this cream for over 25 years . I highly recommend it!

It just happen that I posted a blog on this subject. Good eye cream would need to contain great amount of antioxidants and even peptides. Moisture by itself is not going to help especially if your skin become thin and maybe showing wrinkles already. Prevention in this case its easier than treatment. See my blog
